Do a renovation they said, it will be fun they said
If I had a dollar for every time I thought that sentence in the past 12 months, it would have paid for our renovation! But it was kind of fun. Well a lot fun. There were tears, dollars spent (and sometimes wasted) and heated debates on whether to go with plan A or plan B.
Do I need to buy a house?
Over the last week we have asked the PW community how much social pressure they feel about the need to get into the property market. The results* varied – roughly 50% felt the pressure to buy asap, 38% sort of felt the pressure and the remaining 12% felt no pressure at all.
